- The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Rajkot.

- If the Event is rescheduled or moved, the Organizer will give you the options of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location. If the Event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets. please note that any booking fees and/or transaction fees are not refundable in these circumstances. if you opted for ticket refund protection this is also a non

- organizer or the venue operators will not be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury due to any uncertain unfortunate act or any natural calamity.
- visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast.
- as Gujarat is a dry state, alcohol or any kind of toxification is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- if the event is rescheduled /changed / canceled / moved because of some genuine circumstances, the organizers cannot be held responsible.
- defaced or altered or duplicated tickets will be void and person’s admission will be banned.
- Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
- the relevant Indian law will apply to these terms and conditions and the relevant courts of the will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the terms and conditions.
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.
- We recommend that you arrive at-least 60 minutes prior at the venue for a seamless entry

- Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation
